Receptionist (Permanent full time)
Neilson Financial Services provides the UK market with a suite of innovative consumer focused life insurance products. We distribute a range of comprehensive, affordable life insurance products that allow UK families to get the life insurance protection they need for complete peace of mind.
Having recently moved into fabulous new offices, we are expanding our operations and require professional, articulate and passionate receptionist like you, to join our dynamic and fast growing team in Slough.

• Previous experience of working in a busy, corporate reception area.
• Proven ability to interact over the telephone and face-to-face in a clear and professional manner

• Intermediate PC, Word, Outlook and Excel skills
In this role, each day you will be able to:
• Meet and greet external customers, clients and providers of NFS
• Book meetings as an when required
• Arrange couriers
• Keep the reception area tidy
• Answer and forward phone calls, screening phone calls when necessary
• Sorting and distributing post
• Provide daily administrative support to the General Manager and broader business on adhoc duties and tasks
• Manage all admin tasks effectively and efficiently within required timeframes, supporting adhoc projects as and when required
